Over the years John and I have had a few financial advisers due to the different roles and environments our careers lead us to. Often when we met with someone they had ‘graphs and products’ and we didn’t feel 100% comfortable….it just didn’t sit right.
In 2014 we relocated to The Mornington Peninsula and found BCV. That first meeting with Michelle was incredible. A financial discussion I could follow ….no glossy brochures loaded with products that feathered someone else’s nest.
Michelle introduced us to her team, and we realised Fiona and Olivia were also working really hard in the background for us.
Initially we had so many questions and no plan. Michelle was actively different, and the team took each question seriously. Between them they would look at every option and together we could see a plan.
John and I felt our lives transform, there was a lot less pressure on us. No one teaches you how to retire, but with open honest communication anything is possible.
Michelle, Olivia and Fiona have been so supportive – they have taken us from a very intense work life to a place where a confident retirement is possible.
We know Michelle and the team’s advice and guidance will be there to see us through this next amazing chapter of our lives.
